Program plan
Eight Fridays, designed around artists’ choices
This eight-week program used accessible AI and digital tools as assistants. Hand drawings and the student artists’ words came first; tools supported transformation, writing, animation, music, and e-book production.
At a glance
May 22–July 10, 2026 · eight Friday sessions · Wesley Hall, Hyupsung University · five university student artists with developmental disabilities.
Eight-week curriculum
Each session completed one part of a picture book: a hand drawing, AI-assisted character, profile, scene, short video, theme music, story, and e-book/family reading.
Tools and limits
The class used tools that were available without a required paid subscription at the time. Availability, terms, and generation limits can change; this page is a record, not a current product recommendation.
Privacy and rights
Only consented names, images, and characters were presented. The sequence was always: student choice, adult support, AI transformation, then the student’s choice again.
