- Name, email address, and inquiry content.
- Purpose
- To respond to and follow up on inquiries.
- Retention
- One year after an inquiry is resolved, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Right to refuse
- You may refuse consent to collection and use; in that case, submitting an inquiry may be limited.
- Guestbook
- A nickname, supportive message, privacy selection, and posting time are stored. Approved public posts show the nickname, message, and date; private posts are not published.
- Overseas transfers
- Inquiries are currently answered directly by email. If an external form service is introduced, any overseas transfer will be separately disclosed and consent requested.
